General Shipping Information:

We ship all over world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

FREE SHIPPING - Free is always nice. Orders over $99 that are shipped within the US are eligible for free ground shipping. Free shipping is via UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail based on the weight and destination of your order. Sorry, free shipping only applies to orders paid on-line and does not apply to Purchase Orders.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. In stock items are almost always shipped within 24 hours, and we try to ship the same day the order is placed whenever possible. We may also, at our discretion, upgrade your order to a faster service, if available, at no additional charge.

EXPRESS MAIL packages are guaranteed next-day delivery to most addresses in the continental US. Express Mail orders placed by 3pm EST will ship to arrive the next business day (and Saturdays.) To check for Express Mail delivery commitments, you can click HERE.  The origin zip code is 02472.

PRIORITY MAIL packages generally arrive at US locations within 2-4 business days. Priority Mail International typically delivers to most major international cities in 7-10 days.

FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL is the least expensive (and slowest) shipping method for international shipments. Please allow 3 weeks+ for delivery (yes, that includes you, Canada.) If you need it sooner Priority Mail International generally takes 7-10 days to most major cities.

GROUND SERVICE packages will generally arrive within 5 business days. Locations within 500 miles of Boston, Massachusetts will likely arrive in 2-4 business days.

3 DAY SELECT packages will arrive within 3 business days anywhere in the US following the day the order is placed. For smaller items, USPS Priority Mail is typically cheaper and as fast as UPS 3 day.

Worldwide Expedited gets to most international destinations in 7 business days.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. We are closed on most national holidays. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We want you to purchase from sciencebobstore.com with confidence. We try to describe our items as thoroughly as possible, but we also understand sometimes items may not be exactly what you were looking for. If an item is not working, please give us a call at 877-789-6325. Sometimes a simple fix can be suggested. You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in original condition with the original packaging.

Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving the item(s) back. It may take additional time for the credit card or PayPal to provide the credit.

If you need to return an item, you do not need to call - simply pack it up and ship it back to the address below. Be sure to include your order number or a copy of your invoice in the box, as well as the resason for your return.  Returns should be sent to:
