With rainbow viewer!
These are a great way to teach about light, color, and rainbows. Just look at a light through these a rainbow viewers (sometimes called rainbow peepholes) and you are treated to a burst of colors. The secret lies in a special diffraction grating which separates the colors of the light into a spectrum of colors. Experiment by looking at different colored lights and different types of lightbulbs. Perfect for looking at holiday lights or fireworks. Made of durable cardboard, each rainbow viewer measures 4 cm wide. Sold in packs of 30 viewers. For ages 5 and older.

These were great to use with 2nd grade Science, teaching them about light. The kids loved seeing the 7 colours of the rainbow through their own tube.

They work great - and turn the world into a beautiful rainbow! Keeps kids interested for hours (there are so many things to look at) and really helps kids understand how light works. They are also really cool for grown-ups too.
