We love classic toys that can actually teach a thing or two about science. Place a little baking powder (no, not baking soda) into our plastic sub and place it onto a small container of water. As the sub sinks, the baking powder will generate CO2 gas and bring the submarine to the surface. Once it his the surface, down it goes to repeat the cycle. This will continue as long as dry baking powder remains in the sub. These are a great mystery challenge for student to figure out how they work. Sub is about 11cm (4.5 inches) long. Baking powder not included.
